I connect it to your systems for order updates, appointment reminders, support conversations and chatbots, so messages are triggered by real events and replies land somewhere your team can act on them.
When WhatsApp Business API is a good fit

How is WhatsApp API usage priced?
Meta charges for messages based on the message category, such as marketing, utility or authentication, and the recipient's country, and its pricing model has changed over time. Customer service replies within an open conversation window are treated differently. I check Meta's current pricing for your countries before launch.
Why do message templates need approval?
WhatsApp requires messages you start, such as reminders or order updates, to use templates Meta has approved. Replies within a conversation the customer opened can be free-form. Templates usually get approved when they are clear, specific and not misleading.
Can the chatbot use AI?
Yes. Replies can be drafted or answered by a language model using your own information, with rules for when to hand the conversation to a person.
