Websites

Custom website development with Next.js and React

A business website should load quickly, explain clearly what you offer and make it easy for the right visitors to contact you. I build custom websites with Next.js and React, from corporate sites and service businesses to landing pages, with search-friendly structure, working forms, analytics and content you can update.

Websites I build

  • Corporate and company websites for real estate, construction, finance, manufacturing and professional services
  • Service business websites with quote requests, booking forms and location pages where they are genuinely useful
  • Landing pages for campaigns, product launches or lead generation
  • Bilingual websites, such as English and Arabic, with right-to-left layouts
  • Rebuilds of slow or outdated websites, keeping existing search rankings in mind

What's included

Design implementation

Pixel-accurate, responsive build from Figma or other designs, or a design developed with you from your brand.

Search-friendly structure

Server-rendered or static pages, proper headings, metadata, structured data, sitemaps and clean URLs.

Performance

Optimised images, fonts and scripts so pages load quickly on mobile networks, which helps both visitors and search visibility.

Forms and lead capture

Contact, quote and booking forms with validation, spam protection and email notifications.

Content management

A headless CMS or simple editing setup where your team needs to update pages, news or projects without a developer.

Analytics and launch

Analytics, Search Console, redirects from old URLs and a launch checklist so nothing is lost when the new site goes live.

Clear content and solid technical foundations

Most business websites succeed or fail on clarity: can a visitor tell within seconds what you do, whether it fits them and how to get in touch? I structure pages around those questions, then make sure the technical side supports them, with fast loading, accessible markup and metadata that search engines and AI assistants can read.

When rebuilding an existing site, the old URLs, content that already ranks and inbound links are mapped before launch, with redirects in place, so the new website does not reset your search visibility.

How the project runs

  1. Goals and contentAudience, services, key pages and the action you want visitors to take; existing content and assets reviewed.
  2. Structure and designSitemap and page layouts, then visual design or implementation of your existing design.
  3. BuildResponsive Next.js pages, forms, CMS and integrations on a staging link for review.
  4. Pre-launch checksSpeed, accessibility, metadata, redirects, forms and cross-device testing.
  5. Launch and handoverDeployment, Search Console and analytics setup, and a walkthrough of how to update content.

  • React and Tailwind CSSReusable components and consistent, responsive styling.

Frequently asked questions

Why Next.js instead of WordPress or a website builder?

Next.js gives full control over performance, design and integrations, and suits businesses that want a fast, custom site or plan to add application features later. If you mainly need simple pages edited often by non-technical staff, a builder or WordPress may be the better fit, and I will say so.

Can I update the website myself?

Yes, if you need to. A headless CMS can be connected so your team edits text, images, projects or blog posts without touching code.

Will the website rank on Google?

No developer can guarantee rankings. I build the technical foundations search engines need: fast pages, crawlable content, metadata, structured data and sitemaps. Rankings also depend on content quality, competition and reputation over time.

Can you redesign my site without losing existing traffic?

A rebuild maps existing URLs and important content, sets up redirects and preserves what already ranks. That is the main way to avoid losing traffic during a redesign.

Do you make Arabic or bilingual websites?

Yes. Previous projects include a bilingual English and Arabic booking platform and an Arabic and English digital restaurant menu.
